About the event
The evening starts at 7.00pm, and includes:
Cured salmon or duck rillettes / Delicate cured salmon, or rich slow-cooked duck shredded into a smooth rustic pâté.
Civet de chevreuil, boiled potatoes & carrots / Tender venison slowly cooked in a rich red wine sauce, served with potatoes and carrots.
Mousse au chocolate /
Rich, light and silky French chocolate mousse.
Plus a glass of fizz for our midnight toast.
